Kim discloses her secrets to this tremendous amount of weight loss in such a short time. She gives all the credit of her slimming down to the Atkins 40 Diet Plan (She is the ambassador of the brand) and her 6 am workout sessions. She says that Atkins diet plan helped her to get her diet under control. She now takes 1800 calories to compensate her workouts.
“I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t really ever think that before,” Kardashian says, “I thought, ‘Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time.”
Atkins diet does not leave her feeling hungry. “We eat a lot of fish and turkey,” she says. “It’s a full modified thing.” Though she has left pasta but she asked them to send some snacks as a treat for her cravings which contain some chocolates covered peanut butter candies which are great and does not allow her to feel deprived.

"Once you hit your goal weight — once you've achieved the weight and the health benefits you're looking for — then you can have a piece of cake or you may have a slice of pizza. "As long as you control the consumption and you do it in a way that you're not blowing all reason to the wind."
6 a.m. Workouts:
